The Cheerleading and Dance World Championships are the only events where athletes of top-level teams can bring their outstanding skills and technique to compete on a true world stage. Since 2004, the All Star community has considered the USASF/IASF Worlds as THE ultimate reward for a season of hard work, training and focus. In 2022, The Cheerleading Worlds was home to 539 cheer teams representing 18 countries and The Dance Worlds had 308 dance team performances representing 15 countries — and we expect 2023 to be even bigger!
The Road to Worlds
Competition season is upon us, which means elite-level teams are vying for bids to Worlds. For these teams, the road to Worlds begins at USASF-sanctioned bid-giving competitions. Clubs that attend USASF-sanctioned competitions find peace of mind knowing minimum safety standards will be met and the same rules and regulations will be followed in divisions sanctioned by USASF. Before you step on the mat or Marley, be sure your registered division is sanctioned, following the established guidelines!
Sanctioning Standards
All USASF member competition event producers who produce cheer and or dance competitions must meet the minimum standards in order for their competitions, which include All Star divisions, to be sanctioned. Learn more about these minimum standards by viewing the Cheer Sanctioning Standards or the Dance Sanctioning Standards.
170 DAYS UNTIL THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS!
You've earned a bid. Now what?
Get a boost! Worlds Bid Boosts are cash prizes awarded by Event Producers to any USASF member club's cheer or dance team that has already earned a 2023 Worlds At-Large, Partial-Paid, or Paid Bid. A maximum of $100 per athlete/per team may be awarded by an Event Producer during the season. See if your next competition offers Worlds Bids Boosts.
