HYATT REGENCY NEW ORLEANS

Our home for the National Conference is the Hyatt Regency New Orleans located at 601 Loyola Ave, New Orleans, LA 70113. It's 15 miles from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), with access to shared ride services and taxis.

Hyatt Regency New Orleans offers premium valet services. Click here for overnight and hourly parking rates. There are several nearby parking lots, including the 1301 Girod Parking Garage, that connect directly to the hotel. Contact Merit Parking to confirm pricing at 504-561-0575.

Registration takes place outside the Empire Ballrooms (level two) at the top of the escalators. Make this your first stop to receive the latest conference details, your lanyard, updated schedules and more! NOTE: the conference space is very large and it may take a few extra minutes to locate your meeting rooms. Click here for a map of the meeting space.

Hosted by SportsEngine Motion and BleJit, this Owners/Directors Luncheon on Friday from 11:30 AM-1 PM will feature a LIVE Q&A session based on the questions you submit. Scan the QR code or click here to submit a question, and if answered, you'll win a door prize! And all who submit questions will be entered into a drawing for even bigger prizes which will be announced at the end of lunch.

After filling your buckets with powerful knowledge all day, join us for FREE food, drinks, giveaways and prizes at the SpiritHQ: The Expo Friday from 6:30-8:30 PM. Then head out for a rockin' good time on our private floor at the Vintage Rock Club Network Bash hosted by Rebel Athletic, 9 PM-midnight. It's a perfect chance to relax, listen to music, collaborate on new ideas, make new connections, have fun and mingle with your colleagues. Drink tickets will be available and grand prizes will be awarded. The Vintage Rock Club is located at 1007 Poydras St, New Orleans, LA 70112, and is a short 2-block walk from our hotel.

We couldn't do the National Conference without support from our EVENT PRODUCERS, AFFILIATE MEMBERS and PARTNERS! Stop by the SpiritHQ: The Expo to connect with THE best exhibitors. For those who are competitive, we've got PRIZES. Here's a sneak peek of the EXPO CARD you'll want to start filling out upon arrival.

Please know that we've provided your name and club affiliation with our exhibitors. While we do share your club/phone/email info, you have the option of opting out with an exhibitor. And Owners, you have a special star next to your name! Our exhibitors will be checking their lists to make sure you stop by. Support those who support our sport!

It's Not Too Late!

You can still register and join us for USASF Cheer Credentialing or Cheer and/or Dance Legality Certification at THE National Conference.

USASF Cheer Coach Credentialing (Thursday-Saturday) tests your knowledge and ability to teach and break down skills at each level that help keep your athletes safe. Meet face-to-face with an instructor and receive valuable feedback as you complete the credentialing process in building and tumbling through level 6. Schedule a Credentialing session.

USASF Legality Officials play an integral role at USASF-sanctioned competitions to promote fair competition for all participants. Cheer and Dance Legality Official training and certification for the 2024/25 season will be offered during the National Conference. Register for Legality Official training. Friday, July 12 Dance Legality Official Training (9-1 PM); Cheer Legality Official Training (9-5 PM).
