We need your INPUT about Dance Flooring used at your Program

Dear USASF Dance Program Owners:

The USASF is gathering information about the flooring surface(s) that dance program/club members use in practice and need your input! This data will be physician-reviewed and will be used to compare the flooring used while training to the flooring used in competition as it relates to safety and injury prevention.

The questionnaire will take less than 5 minutes of your time and will provide the factual data needed to learn the most commonly used and suitable flooring surfaces for All Star Dance.

Please complete the questionnaire by August 25th.

Please encourage other USASF dance members to check their email to find and then complete the questionnaire as we need broad participation for the most accurate and thorough results.
