Dear USASF Parents and Athletes:

 

The summer months are the perfect time to explore your leadership potential and discover the pathway to becoming an effective and authentic leader at a USASF Leadership Workshop and enhance your cheer and dance skills by joining us at our first-ever Master Classes led by industry professionals.

 VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Friday, June 9

5-7 PM EST ~ $55.00

    Athletes in Action Junior is created for athletes (grades 6-8) who learn from our USASF Leadership Facilitators during a fun and interactive virtual leadership training designed specifically for their age range geared towards learning leadership styles and forms of communication applicable to the team dynamic.

      B.O.L.T. workshops are designed for high school-aged All Star athletes. This virtual workshop will help you learn about communication and leadership styles that will benefit you as you navigate All Star, school and beyond.

      MASTER CLASSES & CLINIC

      Presented by the U.S. All Star Federation

      Elevate your training by joining us on July 20 in Nashville, TN for our first-ever DANCE MASTER CLASSES & CHEER MASTER CLINIC open to all levels of cheerleaders and dancers. Space is limited.

       

      Featuring Eddie Rios, The California All Stars, and Bethany Wolfe and Riley Fowler, U.S. National Team members, cheer athletes will work on motions, stunting and all-around cheer techniques for the day.

       

      Dancers will be inspired during the Contemporary/Lyrical and Jazz classes from Broadway and So You Think You Can Dance star, Alex Wong, have fun grooving while learning all about the art and cultural roots of break dancing from Bonita Saldaña, USA Olympic Breaking Team Coach, and the sideline class will boost performance skills and will show what it takes to grace the sidelines of one of the top collegiate dance teams in the country with the University of Memphis Head Coach Carol Lloyd.

      USASF NATIONAL MEETING

      Come to Nashville for the Master Class on July 20 and stay for the National Meeting on July 21-22. We have classes designed JUST FOR YOU. Here's a sampling of the ATHLETE TRACK:

      IN-PERSON LEADERSHIP

      For the first time ever, Athletes in Action Junior will be offered at the USASF/USA Cheer National Meeting on July 21-22! Cheer and dance athletes entering grades 6-8 participating in the ATHLETE TRACK at the National Meeting will take part in this 2-hour session and learn hands-on from our Leadership team. 

      JR. COACH TRACK

      It's BACK! The National Meeting has a JUNIOR COACH TRACK exclusively for 14-17-year-olds that provides movement-based and educational classes such as:

      • Transitioning from Athlete to Coach
      • Social Media and Personal Branding
      • Preschool Fundamentals Skills/Spotting
      • Do's and Don'ts for Junior Coaches
      • What Would You Do Scenarios

      PLUS, participants of the Jr. Coach track who pass the written test and attend all required classes on July 21-22, will become a USASF CERTIFIED JUNIOR COACH!
