Member Boxes are on their way!
The first round of Member Boxes hit the post office a couple of weeks ago and we've already seen this year's banners being shared on social media! Each renewing program will receive one box containing their printed version of the Professional Responsibility Code, the poster that accompanies the Sexual Abuse and Prevention Policy, partner resources, a road map to the organization, and a USASF Member Perks poster for you to hang! New programs will receive additional bonus packets filled with resources that have been included in previous member boxes. Be on the lookout for the 2020-2021 USASF Member Box coming to your mailbox soon!

Scholarships for College-Bound Seniors and Exceptional Athletes
Did you know that the USASF awards thousands of dollars in college scholarships each year thanks to our generous sponsors? Now is the time for your college-bound seniors and Exceptional Athletes to apply for the USASF College Scholarship! For full details, athletes should visit their Athlete Profile. The deadline to apply is February 1, 2021.
Disciplinary Reports
The USASF Disciplinary Committee has posted reports of member non-compliance concerns that have been addressed. To see these reports: Log in to your Member Profile, select Member Resources > USASF > Committees > scroll to Disciplinary and click the 2020 Reports tab.
Adult Athlete Eligibility Requirements
Take action! The USASF member database calculates age as of December 31, 2021. Background checks and Adult Athlete SafeSport training are eligibility requirements for adult athletes on Open teams. Adult athletes are 19 years and older, or will be as of December 31, 2021. Log in to your Coach Profile to check your eligibility.

We have created pathways to help you and your program meet compliance with the Athletic Performance Standards. Download this tip sheet for All Star Cheer Program Owners to ensure the Athletic Performance Standards are met by the teams representing their club. Ensure you are 100% Event Compliant at Sanctioned Events
Eliminate stress prior to an event by ensuring athletes, coaches and personnel meet eligibility requirements for roster placement. Use the Road Map to 100% Compliance at Sanctioned Events and check off everything you need to provide at Event Registration. Credentialing Requirements at Bid Events
As a reminder, all cheer teams competing for a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds 2021 are required to have a coach, or combination of coaches, with credentials in both building and tumbling up to the level of the team. This may be one coach with both skill sets or a combination of coaches who have both skill sets between them. Non-tumbling teams are required only to have a coach with building credentials up to the level of the team. The appropriately credentialed coach(es) must be on the roster and present in the warm-up room at the bid-giving event. Need to credential? Log in to your Coach Profile, using the drop down menu by your name in the top right, click Credential Website.
NEW Worlds Websites Unveiled
We now have dedicated websites for The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds that provides you with everything you need in one place! From event details (registration, scoring, etc), to bid recipient lists, to reviewing past history, is now at at the click of a button. As the events grow near, we will be continually updating the sites so be sure to check back often and bookmark these pages!

The Worlds Cup Race 2021 is ON!
All Level 6 and 7 cheer teams entering one or more of the approved USASF Tier 3 Member Events will receive points based on the size of their division and placement rankings. At the end of the season teams with the highest point totals will win 3 Paid Bids and 3 At Large Bids to The Cheerleading Worlds, 2021. Click here to learn more.
Have you submitted your Senior Eligibility Waiver?
Submission deadline was October. If you've not yet completed the waiver, do so TODAY! Details: complete this form if you are seeking an additional year of eligibility for member athletes born between 9/1/00- 5/31/01 who were rostered on a 2019-20 Senior Club Cheer or Senior Dance team (divisions with a top age of 18) and whose season was cut short due to the pandemic. This form is only applicable to those specific athletes who are seeking an additional year of eligibility for a Senior Club or Senior Dance team with the same program location for the 2020-2021 season.
Extended eligibility waivers are not transferable to another program or a different location within their current program.
If an athlete was on, or is moving to, a Senior Open, International or Open division team there is no reason to apply for a waiver.
You will need the athlete’s name, date of birth and USASF Athlete Member Number in order to complete the waiver application.
