March is National Cheerleading Safety Month! It's an opportunity to spread the word about cheerleading safety and be sure programs follow recognized progressions and safety rules. Throughout the month, USASF and USA Cheer will provide important tools, training and updates that will benefit athletes, coaches and parents! Athletes Give Back
