Athlete Safety is our #1 Goal
Nothing is more important to the USASF than athlete safety and we have taken additional safety measures for our youth athletes as part of our goal to create the safest environment for athletes in youth sports. In addition to the previously announced unified athlete safety infrastructure (created in conjunction with USA Cheer, this enables easier, streamlined reporting of complaints for the cheer and dance community through our website) we are providing a dedicated response and resolution services team to conduct, manage and report investigations into potential violations of our athlete safety rules.
With these enhanced practices, which aim to promote and ensure safety, the USASF is focused on enabling member club owners and coaches to access educational and training resources they need to help achieve the organization’s safety goals – and to serve the best interests of our athlete members. National Advisory Board
Elections are coming your way in March! Comprised of owner, coach, event producer and affiliate members, the National Advisory Board is democratically elected to support athletes and members. All eligible members will vote for their regional representative next month. Be on the lookout for additional information coming your way soon!
Disciplinary Reports
The USASF Disciplinary Committee has posted reports of member non-compliance concerns that have been addressed. To see these reports: Log in to your Member Profile, select Member Resources > USASF > Committees > scroll to Disciplinary and click the 2021 Reports tab.

Do You Meet the Credentialing Requirements?
Don't wait until the last minute to credential for The Cheerleading Worlds™. All cheer teams competing at The Cheerleading Worlds™ 2021 are required to have a coach, or combination of coaches, with credentials in both building and tumbling through the level of the team. This may be one coach with both skill sets or a combination of coaches who have both skill sets between them. Non-tumbling teams are only required to have a coach with building credentials to the level of the team. The appropriately credentialed coach(es) must be on the roster and present in the warm-up room. In addition to the team requirements, all cheer coaches entering the warm-up room must be credentialed in either building, tumbling or both up to the level of the team. The Worlds Cup Race is ON!
All Level 6 and 7 cheer teams entering one or more of the approved USASF Tier 3 Member Events will receive points based on the size of their division and placement rankings. At the end of the season teams with the highest point totals will win three Paid Bids and three At Large Bids to The Cheerleading Worlds, 2021.
