Dear USASF Athlete:

As the summer comes to an end and your cheer and dance season picks up, we're offering you a chance to enhance your leadership skills in September. These virtual trainings are interactive and customized to your age group. Take part in a USASF Leadership Workshop and gain a deeper insight into your leadership style and optimal communication methods. Invest in yourself to unlock your potential and become a better teammate.

ATHLETES IN ACTION is tailored for athletes in grades 6-8. During this program, they will receive virtual leadership training from our USASF Leadership Facilitators. The training is fun and interactive and specifically designed for their age group. It focuses on learning leadership styles and forms of communication that are relevant to team dynamics.

Participants will be introduced to USASF Leadership training and be prepared for BOLT. They will also receive AiA worksheets to be used during and after the training, as well as a digital certificate.

Attention high school-aged All Star athletes! Join our B.O.L.T. workshops to enhance your leadership and communication skills. This virtual workshop offers the following benefits:

• Receive a leadership workbook for ongoing use
• Qualify for advanced leadership training in the Fall
• Obtain a digital certificate
• Eligibility to apply to the AAC
• Earn USASF Scholarship points.
