Worlds Scoring Webinar

Join us on Wednesday, March 22 at 2 PM EST where we will share tips and rules-related items on how you can maximize your performance at The Dance Worlds. Advance registration is required. If you haven't already, we encourage you to WATCH the Dance Worlds Scoring Webinar presented by the Senior Division Panel Directors and review the Score Sheet Explanation pages before joining the call.

The webinar is the same training used by the Worlds Judges and reviews in detail each category definition and caption on the score sheet. Can't make the call? No worries, we will record it and post it in The Dance Worlds COACH HUB. Note, this call will only review the USASF Senior Divisions offered at The Dance Worlds. Do you have a question about the score sheet used during the SENIOR divisions you'd like answered? SUBMIT IT HERE. We'll do our best to answer that on the call. Deadline to submit a question is March 19.

Junior Dance

USASF Dance will not be moving up the bottom age for the Junior Division for the 2023-24 season. If your Junior team has aspirations of attending The Dance Worlds in 2024, you must be certain to field a team at the START of the season that will be eligible to submit a routine for consideration. Also note, teams must have six or more dancers. Visit the RULES PAGE to view the Early Release of the Age Grid and Rules.

Open Division

The bottom age for the Open Division has come up one year to 16+. Please also make a note of this when creating your teams for the 2023-24 season. Also, we’d like to remind everyone that the Open Division is an International Division and thus routines must have at least six dancers to compete at The Dance Worlds.
