
The USASF Athlete Advisory Council consists of high school-age Member Athletes who are provided a platform to meet and address emerging issues of broad potential impact. The role of the AAC is to provide the USASF Staff, Connection Leaders, and the Board of Directors with insight and input solely from the athlete's perspective.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications are closed for the 2024-25 season
Eligibility Requirements:
USASF Member Athletes who are currently in high school and have completed the USASF BOLT Leadership Workshop and/or attended the USASF National Conference Athlete and/or Junior Coach Track.
Selection:
Upon receipt of your application, a sub-committee of Connection Leaders and USASF staff members will review and select qualified athletes to serve.
Term:
Upon selection of AAC members, up to 15 members will serve one term (September-July).
Commitment:
All meetings will be hosted by either phone conference call or online by video conference. All applicants must complete the USASF Committee Confidentiality Agreement, including a parent signature, and participate in 2-4 regional calls within the one-year term. Some will be selected to attend video conferences with the Board of Directors upon request.

The USASF credentials coaches, certifies legality officials and sanctions events - all with the goal to provide the safest possible environment in which athletes may train and compete. Founded in 2003, we are a not-for-profit corporation established in Tennessee and governed by bylaws, officers, a board of directors and fifteen standing committees.
