MASTER CLASSES & COLLEGE COMBINES

Dancers, Cheerleaders and Owners and Coaches:  Elevate your training by joining us for our second annual Master's Day.

CHEER ATHLETE MASTER’S DAY — MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

This master class aims to provide cheer athletes, between the ages of 12-18, with a holistic approach to training, addressing the physical, mental and emotional aspects of performance: strengthening techniques; stretching sessions; expert instruction on proper jumping technique led by World champion coaches; and a mental performance lab.

DANCE MASTER CLASSES

A remarkable opportunity for dancers of all levels to enhance their technique and learn from some of the industry's most renowned experts in jazz, hip hop, pom and sideline. Open to dancers and coaches, minimum age 12.

And COACHES AND OWNERS, we haven't forgotten about you! Your Master's Day offers a comprehensive training experience that will equip cheer coaches and owners with the knowledge, skills and mindset to lead and inspire athletes to success. Join World champion coaches from Rain Athletics and Brandon All-Stars for a jam-packed day of skill development: building skills; tumbling skills; hands-on training; spotting technique; and coaching mental performance. Dance coaches and owners will experience how new and veteran coaches navigate All Star dance and all that it has to offer. Dig into courses that will help you help your dancers and push you as a coach to be better than ever before!

Following the master classes, high school-age cheerleaders and dancers interested in participating at the collegiate level will have the opportunity to meet college coaches from across the country at our first-ever CHEER and DANCE COLLEGE COMBINES. Hosted by USASF and USA Cheer, coaches, owners and athletes will learn how to find the best fit academically and athletically. Dancers can discover the pathway to a college dance team. Cheer athletes can make connections with in-state and out-of-state coaches to gain valuable insight, while college coaches may seize the opportunity to scout potential cheer athletes for their college cheer and/or STUNT teams.
