Congratulations to you and your team for earning a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds/The Dance Worlds 2023! Event registration is NOW OPEN! Thank you for your patience as we worked through a few kinks. Please review The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds Registration Information and Competition Guidelines to officially register and stay current with the latest information. Below you will find a few tips to assist you during the registration process. 

If you haven't already, stop by The Cheerleading Worlds COACH HUB and The Dance Worlds COACH HUB to read everything you need to know about Worlds. Use this as your checklist of things to complete to be ready to compete at Worlds. The COACH HUB SITES are now conveniently located on The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds websites. Bid Acceptance

You've earned a bid. Now what?

Before you do anything, you MUST ACCEPT THE BID IN YOUR CLUB PROFILE. Follow these directions on how to accept your bid and become officially on your way to Worlds.

1. Log into your CLUB profile
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Scroll down and look for the Worlds Bid box
4. You may not see the ACCEPT and DECLINE action buttons so take your curser and swipe left so you see the whole box

NOTE: If you don't see your bid listed, reach out to your Event Producer and request they award your bid.

Registration Tips

Once you've accepted the bid, it's time to register.

Follow these tips on how to register your team for Worlds 2023. The USASF contracts with Varsity to manage registration and event logistics. 

• Go to TheCheerleadingWorlds.net or TheDanceWorlds.net > REGISTRATION FOR COACHES/TEAMS to learn more about the registration process.
• As you begin the registration process, you will find tips on each screen to assist you along the way.
• If your team name is missing when you start the registration process, contact your Reservation Specialist with your club name, team name, and division so the specialist can link you to the Worlds event.
• Be sure to have your roster ready to upload. Coaches and athletes must be listed on the team roster in order to register individually; they may select housing OR commuter.
• In order to upload your roster during registration, you must use this ROSTER TEMPLATE.
• Registrations are not approved until a deposit is received.
• Park tickets will not be processed until the account is paid in full.
• Full payment is due by April 11, 2023.
