Congratulations to you and your team for earning a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds/The Dance Worlds 2023! Since 2004, Worlds has been THE one event where athletes of top-level teams bring their outstanding skills and techniques to compete on a true world stage. Over the years, our two championships have grown to celebrate some 800 teams from 25 countries with over 14,700 coaches and athletes annually. We are proud that you are a part of this USASF tradition!

Your USASF Regional Directors' priority is to help make your journey to Worlds as smooth as possible. Be sure to watch the video above to make your journey to THE World Championship easier. 

We share in your team's excitement as you prepare for Worlds — as many in the All Star community view this championship as THE ultimate reward for a season of hard work, training and focus. Bid Acceptance

You've earned a bid. Now what?

Congrats on earning a bid to THE World Championship! Before you do anything, you MUST ACCEPT THE BID IN YOUR CLUB PROFILE. Follow these directions on how to accept your bid and become officially on your way to Worlds.

1. Log into your CLUB profile
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Scroll down and look for the Worlds Bid box
4. You may not see the ACCEPT and DECLINE action buttons so take your curser and swipe left so you see the whole box

NOTE: If you don't see your bid listed, reach out to your Event Producer and request they award your bid.

1. Visit the NEW Worlds Coach Hub Sites

The Cheerleading Worlds COACH HUB and The Dance Worlds COACH HUB contain everything you need to know about Worlds. Use this as your checklist of things to complete to be ready to compete at Worlds. Even if your team has been to a previous Worlds event – please read this information in its entirety. The COACH HUB SITES are now conveniently located on The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds websites. Be sure to bookmark the links below for quick access, and check back often as content will be updated regularly! NOTE: don't have FOMO, be sure to read the EMAIL COMMUNICATION TAB to make sure you haven't missed any important communications.

2. Review the Registration Information & Competition Guidelines

Stay current by visiting The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds sites often. Registration opens on January 24th. Details in the Registration Information & Competition Guidelines may be revised to address changing needs.

3. Double Check Your BID Roster [cheer only]

All cheer teams that competed for a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds 2023 are required to have a coach, or combination of coaches, with credentials in both building and tumbling up to the level of the team. Now is the time to make sure the roster you gave the Event Producer (where you earned your bid) includes this requirement. If you have any questions, contact me immediately so we can verify your BID ROSTER. Learn more about the WORLDS CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS found on page 19 of the Registration Packet.

4. Brag about it!

Proudly display these graphics on your social platforms to let everyone know about your accomplishment. Be sure to use #RoadtoCheerWorlds #RoadtoDanceWorlds and #ThisIsAllStar. And don’t forget to tag USASF so we can re-share! To save the graphic to your device, click on the graphic and select 'add to photos'. Additional versions for athletes, including the ability to edit the club version, are included in the COACH HUB (links above).

5. NEW THIS YEAR...Tell us about your TEAM'S RITUAL or share a THROWBACK

Sports rituals can be fun and a good way to help teams feel more connected. Does your team have a special tradition, ritual, mantra or chant that you practice before each competition or performance? If so, we'd love to highlight it in upcoming Worlds Wednesdays. Also, we're collecting photos from the days of Worlds gone by. Please share some of your #throwback photos from Worlds 2004 to the present! SHARE YOUR TEAM'S JOURNEY TO WORLDS. Submission Deadline: February 15, 2023

Boost Your Bid!

Are you ready to BOOST YOUR BID?! CHECK OUT THE EVENT PRODUCERS handing out Bid Boosts this month, and make sure you head to their events for a little extra CASH toward your trip to Worlds. Boosts are cash prizes awarded by Event Producers to USASF member cheer or dance teams that have already earned a 2023 Worlds At Large, Partial Paid, or Paid Bid. A maximum of $100 per athlete/per team may be awarded by an Event Producer during the season (the Bid Boost is only applicable to the number of athletes on the floor at the qualifying event).
