Athletes are the center of our organization, and we strive to protect them throughout their entire All Star experience. Review this TIP SHEET to make sure you are doing your part in protecting our cheer and dance athletes. The USASF DEIS (diversity, equity, inclusion and sensitivity) sub-committee has been brainstorming how to make the image of All Star more inclusive and representative of ALL athletes, coaches, owners and members within the organization. As you continue to craft your social media posts, keep in mind that we want everyone to see themselves in All Star. We would love to see images that celebrate diversity, including:

• People of color
• People with disabilities
• Various body types
• Athletes of all ages, levels and divisions
• Male, Female and Non-Binary members
• Large and small programs
